15 day trial   We are concerned that each client find the drum that is right for them. As such, all non-custom orders come with a 15 day trial period, during which the client may decide to return or exchange the drum. The 15 day period starts the day the order is shipped, and if returned or exchanged, must be postmarked by the designated 15th day. The drum must be completely free from all defects including but not limited to scratches, dings, dents, scuffs, and dirt on all parts of the instrument including the skin, and must be shipped in ALL of the original packaging. Minor damage may be fixed at a nominal rate. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
